No Returns or Refunds: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled.

Quality Guarantee & Alterations: We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every item we create. If a garment has a manufacturing defect or requires alterations to meet the specified measurements, please contact us immediately. We will make all necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.

In the rare circumstance that a garment cannot be altered to your satisfaction, we will issue a store credit for the cost of the item.
